The choice of this song was inspired by the brave students who survived the shooting in Parkland, Florida, now dedicated to changing standing up to the gun lobby and turning inept politicians. Valentine's Day - Nothing but Love Songs for 24 hours. Only on Vinyl Voyage Radio.

What better song is there for Valentine's Day than Willie Nelson's 1982 classic rendition of "Always on My Mind"?  There are over 300 recorded versions of this song. Willie's in one of the best. This week's "Song of the Week" drops on Wednesday, February 14 at 10am and 10pm Central. It then repeats throughout the week.  If you like, you can listen to it on vinyl right now.

Tonight, we are playing a tape I named in honor of my sister who often complained to my parents when I was looking at her. "He's Looking at Me!" features songs from the 90s, mainly--plus some late 80s as well. U2, the Sundays, John Mellenacamp, KD Lang, the Dream Academy and the Indigo Girls are on this tape, just to name a few.
